TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Postage and Packing included in quoted price.
- All paintings are unframed.
- Your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible - we will inform you of any delays and advise you of the delivery day,
- usually no more than 10 working days after Re order.
PRICES
- Prices quoted include P &P and insurance in transit for deliveries in the UK.
- For overseas shipments, shipping quotations will be provided, to include freight charges packaging and insurance, to be agreed by you prior to dispatch.
PAYMENT
- Payment must be by cheque and once cleared delivery will be effected.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with receipt to our office at 2nd floor, Centre Heights, 137 Finchley Road London, NW3 6JG, for a full refund on the following conditions -
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery, either by email - info@monicahaddad.com or by telephone - 0207-483 2737 or fax - 0207-586 6343, advising us in advance of the return and the reason.
- Artwork must be returned in its original packing and undamaged to, 2nd floor, Centre Heights, 137 Finchley Road, London, NW3 6JG. It must be returned within 10 days of delivery to you.
- Provided you fulfil the above 2 conditions, we will arrange for full refund of the cost of the artwork
by cheque.
- You will not be refunded the shipping cost and you must pay for shipping the work back to us.
PASSING OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP
- Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address stated in your order. Title to the goods will pass to you when full payment is made for them, and we shall be entitled at any time before title passes without any liability :
- to terminate your right to use, sell or otherwise deal in the goods.
- to enter your home or premises and re-possess the goods; and to use or sell the goods.
- In the case of goods returned to us, risk and title return to us on safe receipt, undamaged, of the goods.
- We do not guarantee that we provide an error free service.
TAXES
- Purchasers are responsible for any local customs, duties and taxes required.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERY RIGHTS
- The artist or the estate of the artist maintains the right to the image. The purchase of an artwork does not imply that the buyer owns the license to use the image for commercial purposes.
